For this project you will need 9 books that are the same size. Remove all 9 covers from your books and fold each page in half to the gutter.

Layout a 3x3 grid on a piece of plywood. Measure the height and width and cut to size. Use some scrap lumber and picture hanging wire so there is a way to hang when finished. This is a great solution because it would be pretty hard to find a thrifted frame that fit exactly.

Lay out the 9 books in a way that is pleasing. Try to balance your colors and get something you really like. Now you’re ready to adhere them to the plywood. For this project I used KRAZY^® TAPE HEAVY BOND which is a mounting film that is Krazy Strong and I really like how much control I have. I couldn’t imagine using hot glue and then flipping it over, I just know I would burn myself.

This is a whiz, bang, boom kind of project. It worked up really fast and I love it and I hope you do too!
